Dr. Nandini Banad Gandhi

Dr. Nandini Banad Gandhi is currently a faculty in glaucoma and anterior segment services at Shantilal Shanghvi Eye Institute (SSEI). Before joining SSEI, she has worked as a faculty at LV Prasad Eye Institute (Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh) and CL Gupta Eye Institute (Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh) providing glaucoma and cataract services to the community. Her interest lies in management of secondary and congenital glaucoma. Her surgical interests include performing trabeculectomy, glaucoma drainage implant surgery, newer angle based surgeries for glaucoma and complex cataract surgeries.

She has to her credit several PubMed indexed publications in peer reviewed Indian and international journals in glaucoma and anterior segment diseases. She has presented numerous papers in various conferences. She believes in delivering compassionate and honest care to all her patients. She strives to achieve excellence in her work based on her clinical acumen, surgical skills combined with modern technological advances.
